A secure fully fire resistant lockable covered noticeboard ideal for displaying information securely.  The units are single door up to 1200x1200mm – Larger units 1500, 1800 and 2400mm wide are two door.

The Lockable screen is the most secure way to protect any information on the board. The screen is a 3mm acrylic that unlike glass counterparts is resistant to vandal and accidents causing breakages. This is a non-shatter plastic window with 2 locks for extra security. As this board is lockable there are 2 keys supplied with every board. We have a full range of tamper proof noticeboards with a great range of colours as well as higher fire ratings for those in commercial and communal properties.

For full peace of mind in locations where certified fire safety products are required – This range of Eco-Sound fire retardant noticeboards is certified to to Class B EN 13501-1: 2007 B – s2, d0.  By law all noticeboards mounted in corridors, escape routes of all buildings MUST be certified and comply with British Standards.

The Eco-Sound Blazemaster range of noticeboard products from Adboards is certified to the following standards making them the correct choice in all schools, universities and blocks of flats:

• The Adboards Eco-Sound Blazemaster range of noticeboards and tamperproof covered noticeboards is certified to EN 13501-1 2007 Class B-s2, d0 (see attached certification)
• In addition to having a superior fire retardant certification, the Adboards Eco-Sound Blazemaster range has an certified acoustic sound absorption standard for use in buildings of BS EN ISO 11654:1997 – Class E. (see attached certification)

When an educational establishment orders noticeboards for these fire sensitive areas then they should be insisting on a copy of the products certification to prove that the boards supplied are to the required standards.  If the board products do not have a valid certification then they should not be supplied to schools, universities and blocks of flats.

The following Fire Safety Compliance must be followed in all schools and common areas in flats.

Fire Safety Compliance:
Circulation spaces and corridors in non-residential buildings and common areas of blocks of flats – Minimum Certification Required EN 13501-1 2007 Class B-s3, d2

This means that all areas within the fire escape routes, corridors, common areas in all schools, universities and residential block of flats must be fire safety compliant.
